Comments:
Background of proliferative endometrium with some disruption artifact

and occasional odd looking glands.   There are areas with artifactual

pushing together of glands - these should be apparent from stromal

disruption.  Rare glands with altered cytology may deserve a diagnostic

comment, or even recommendation for followup.  They do not have, however

the distinctive architecture of an EIN lesion.
